CB Platinum fees kept simple!

The % management fee will cover the day-to-day running of your listing and the cleaning fee - which the guest pays via the listing - will cover both cleaning and laundry.

Some hosts would like services that go beyond standard Airbnb management and we’re happy to help with those tasks as well. Please see the breakdown of both routine and incidental (available on request or during emergencies) costs below with some example tasks:

Incidental costs:

  • ‘Sorter’ call-out | £25 per job up to 2 hours and £15 / hour thereafter
    • Purchasing and delivering essential guest supplies to set up home
    • Key cutting (if required sets aren't provided before service starts)
    • Picking up post and sending on to host
    • Home Check
    • Furniture dry-cleaning (sofa, arm chair covers etc)
    • Changing lockbox codes
    • Any similar ad-hoc requested jobs
  • Mid-range maintenance call-out | £40-45 / h (+ VAT)
    • Mid-range maintenance call-out | £40-45 / h (+ VAT)
    • Basic plumbing (tightening taps, faulty toilet flush)
    • Basic carpentry
    • Re-pressurising boiler
    • Painting
    • Electrical work
    • Any similar ad-hoc requested jobs
  • Specialist call outs | Charged at cost
    • Pest control
    • Carpet cleaning
    • Severe plumbing issues
    • Repairing / changing locks
    • Any similar ad-hoc requested jobs

Routine costs:

  • Toiletries / cleaning supplies replenishment | Items charged at cost price
    • Full replenishment delivery
    • Emergency top-up of individual items (e.g. toilet roll)
  • Cleaning and laundry fees
    • The ‘cleaning fee’ that the guest pays on the listing will be set to match the price charged to hosts
    • Hosts can book individual cleans for your own personal use around stays at the same cost
    • The host will pay the cleaning fee directly to the cleaning + laundry suppliers 48hours after the clean has been completed via one fixed cleaning fee
    • Example cleaning fees: £51 for 1 Beds, £68 for 2 Beds, £85 for 3 Beds, £101 for 4 Beds (sofa beds are an additional £5)
  • Management fees | Per booking based on agreed service fee + VAT
    • Your New Homes Advisor can confirm percentage fee for your home
  • Guest related issues | Absorbed by either Airsorted or Host - case specific
    • Example of Airsorted absorbed case: If a guest forgets to leave keys in lockbox upon check-out, Airsorted will absorb the cost of couriering keys out and will reclaim the cost from the guest or Airbnb through the Resolution Centre
    • Example of Host absorbed case: If WiFi is not working and the guest has to use BT Openzone (etc), Airsorted would refund this cost to the guest via the Resolution Centre and it would be deducted from future Airbnb host payouts
